OSHA Compliance Information

Our construction site portable toilet service fully complies with OSHA standard 1926.51(c), requiring toilet facilities at all construction sites. We maintain the required ratios of toilets to workers: 1 toilet for sites with 20 or fewer employees and 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers for sites with more than 20 employees. For sites with more than 200 workers, we provide 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers.
