Package Options for Different Event Sizes

• Small gathering package (up to 50 guests): 1-2 standard units, 1 hand washing station
• Medium event package (50-150 guests): 3-6 standard units, 1 ADA unit, 2 hand washing stations
• Large event package (150-300 guests): 6-12 standard units, 2 ADA units, 3-4 hand washing stations
• Festival/Major event package (300+ guests): Custom configurations based on attendance, duration, and venue layout

Planning Guidelines for Event Organizers

• Reserve units at least 4-6 weeks in advance for peak season events (May-October)
• Plan for 1 toilet per 50 guests for events up to 4 hours; increase to 1 per 35 guests for longer events
• Include at least 1 ADA-accessible unit for every 20 standard units (minimum 1 per event)
• Position units in areas with easy access for both guests and service vehicles
• Place hand washing stations near toilet clusters and food service areas
• Consider prevailing winds when determining unit placement to maximize comfort
• Ensure adequate lighting around toilet areas for evening events
• For multi-day events, overnight service is recommended to maintain cleanliness
