Rental Process
How do I order a portable toilet or dumpster?
You can place an order by phone, through our website, or by visiting our office. We'll need information about your location, service dates, and specific needs.
How far should I book?
For standard service, we recommend 2-3 business days. For special events or peak season (May-September), 2-4 weeks advance booking is advised. Emergency same-day service is available when units are in stock.
What information do I need to provide when ordering?
Delivery address, preferred placement location, rental duration, contact information, and any special requirements (ADA accessibility, specific delivery time, etc.).
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery and pickup fees are included in our standard rental rates for locations within our core service area. Additional fees may apply for remote locations or difficult access situations.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
No, as long as we have clear instructions for placement and access to the location. However, being present can ensure optimal placement.
